Back from Vegas
Did you miss me?
My husband and I spent the last four days exploring Vegas, and each other, and now we’re home. It was a much-needed getaway and it’s good to feel connected to him, intimately, again.
Here are all the details of our weekend I can share:
…
…
…
Yeah, NONE. No details. We were a bit naughty here and there and a girl doesn’t kiss and tell, right? Besides there is that Nevada law about what happens in Vegas staying in Vegas. But, damn, it was a good weekend, full of gambling, food, drink, and eroticism (notice how I slipped that one in last?) I do want to talk about it but it occurs to me that most of you have moral codes and therefore I might not come out looking good if I opened my mouth.
We will, however, be going back there again eventually. We though New Orleans was our town but now I’m thinking it might be Vegas.
I hit a $772.00 jackpot on my first evening and that money pretty much paid for most of our trip… gambling, food, drinks, cabs, clubs. We went and saw the Zumanity show on Friday night. And Saturday night is a big blur (either that or I’m not tellin’) but we didn’t get back to our hotel room to crash until after 4AM!
Today? Well, back to the grind… kids and work and broken air conditioners and emails and blah. I might take a little 10 minute meditation and go back to Vegas in my mind….
Welcome back! Enjoy that meditation, but try to keep your hands out of your pants when you think about Vegas. LOL
I saw Zumanity in Vegas a couple of years ago and LOVED it. A very sexy show.
I love when Vegas pays for itself! Yay jackpot! Scandalize the moral code, says I.
I haven’t been to Vegas 30 years. Really.
I think New Orleans is wonderful! I’m sure it’s going to be “our” town for at least the next 4 years since we’re sending The Boy to college there. I’m actually jealous that he’s going to be living there. I wish I could, too!
I am so glad that you guys had that time to reconnect and have a fun time together! Welcome back! of course I missed you!
Glad you had a good time. I have stories that I can never tell from Vegas…
